Avoiding duplicate contacts

Every time you start creating a new contact, Judah will check through every existing contact you have access to, and inform you if it detects a potential duplicate. Below the field that Judah detects duplicate information, it will list all contacts that might be a match.

  1. To merge a new contact with an existing one in the list, bring your mouse over the existing user.
  2. A popup will open displaying some information of that contact. If it is the a duplicate, click the "Merge" button to bring the two contacts together.
