Common bookmark actions

Attach an Item

Allows you to select any item you have access to, and attach it to the bookmark. This is very similar to an email attachment, in that it stays with the bookmark wherever it goes in Judah.

Email Web page

Opens a new email compose window, and automatically adds the address of the bookmark to the body of the email.

Brings up a Print Preview window to print the webpage. Printing requires that you have a local printer hooked up to the computer you are working on.

Create an Event

Creates a new event with the bookmark attached to it. The new event will, by default, be created in your calendar.

Linking allows you to take the bookmark, and place it in another location. This action doesn't move the bookmark, but instead causes it to exist in multiple locations without making a copy. Changes to the bookmark in one locaton will be seen in all other locations, because it's really the same bookmark.

Brings up a window of all the users that are in your group. You can check any user/s you want to have access to this bookmark. Users with access will be able to make changes, comments, and share the bookmark.
