Using the notifications bar

At the very bottom of Judah is a gray bar that holds several buttons notifying users of things like new emails, and new shares. When a user has unread notifications, the respective button will begin flashing until those items become read. Clicking on these buttons will bring the user to the appropriate area in the program.


Incoming Shares

The first button on the notifications bar - This indicates the number of items that have been shared to you by other users that you have not yet viewed. Clicking this button will navigate to your Shares.


Unread Comments

The second button on the notifications bar - This indicates the number of items that have have been commented on by other users that you have not yet read. Clicking this button will navigate to Comments.


Unread Emails

The third button on the notifications bar - This indicates the number of unread emails you have across any number of mail accounts you have setup. Clicking this button will navigate to Email.


Files Checked Out

The fourth button on the notifications bar - This indicates the number of files that you have checked out. When a file is checked out, it cannot be edited by another user. Clicking this button will open the Downloads window, displaying all checked out files. Click the "Check In" button next to a file to check it back in for others to edit.


Event Reminders

The fifth button on the nofications bar - This indicates the number of event reminders that you have pending. If you have an event reminder that you have not dismissed, or told to remind you at a later time, this button will remain active. Clicking this button will open the Event Reminders window.
