Viewing the history of an email

In order to view email history, you must have access to the email account that sent or received the email, and the owner of that account must give you history access.


Conversation History

The thread of emails that are related to a series of sent and received messaged - typically RE: subject emails.

  1. To view Conversation History, first select the email you want to view the history of.
  2. Click the "Email History" tab.
  3. You will see a series of sub-tabs. Select "Conversation History"

Double click any entry to see the complete email in a new window.


Complete History

The list of every email that you've sent or received from the address of the email sender.

  1. To view Domain History, first select the email you want to view the history of.
  2. Click the "Email History" tab.
  3. You will see a series of sub-tabs. Select "Domain History"

Double click any entry to see the complete email in a new window.


Domain History

The list of every email you've sent or received from an entire email domain. Typically this is used for viewing a complete set of interactions with a company.

  1. To view Domain History, first select the email you want to view the history of.
  2. Click the "Email History" tab.
  3. You will see a series of sub-tabs. Select "Domain History"
